Manufactured using a new forging casting process, the HIFFICIENCY® Amador pan is very stable and has a particularly even heat distribution. Like all HIFFICIENCY® pans, it does not warp under temperature stress, but the bottom remains flat. The pan is not too heavy and fits very well in the hand. The high-quality, modern plastic handle is oven-safe up to 230°C. This pan is also equipped with the new DURAQUARZ® ceramic all around.
