This high-quality pan lid fits all pans with 24 cm or 28 cm Nominal diameter. The borosilicate glass is particularly heat-resistant at 300°C. Why it makes sense to use a pan lid

The pan lid is an often overlooked, but very useful pan accessory. A pan lid ensures that you save energy while cooking because the heat stays in the pan. In addition, the pan lid ensures that the temperature is more stable and there is a slight pressure between the frying pan and the lid. This not only saves energy, but also improves the quality of the food.

When measuring for a pan lid or pot lid, it is important that you measure the top inner edge to the opposite inner edge. To do this, you should use a tape measure that is long enough to be able to correctly determine the entire length. Before buying, please note: A lid that is too small will not be able to close properly and liquids may escape. If the lid is too large, it can move during the cooking process and fall off the pan or pot.
