The Multispeed® Grill Pan makes grilling and baking easier, cleaner, and healthier. Fish doesn’t stick, vegetables don’t fall through—and disposable aluminum pans are a thing of the past. Thanks to the clever grate structure, not only does it create perfect grill marks, but the food also dries out less: The smaller openings reduce direct contact with hot air, so meat and other ingredients stay juicier. Plus, the 3-sided rim keeps everything securely on the grill surface, makes handling easier, and prevents ingredients from falling through.

How the Outdoor Grill Works

Compact. Powerful. Versatile.

Add water:
Pour water into the lower X-Cook® pan. This acts as a heat buffer, reduces smoke, and keeps the grill cool from below.

Add charcoal:
Place charcoal or briquettes on the suspended fire basket (grill grate).

Light & preheat:
Light the charcoal and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.

Place the grill grate pan on top:
Once the charcoal is glowing, place the Multispeed® grill grate pan on top. It heats up quickly and evenly.

Close the lid:
The grill grate pan lid increases the temperature inside the grill chamber—creating a hooded grill effect and ensuring juicy grilling results.

Our grill pans are manufactured in Germany using a high-quality die-casting process – made from over 90% recycled aluminium. This complex process ensures exceptional durability and even heat distribution up to approx. 450 °C. Perfect for quick, even and intense grilling – indoors or outdoors.

Kastenform

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Kastenform, in der ich den Hauptteig meines Sauerteigbrotes direkt einfüllen kann. Also eine Form, in der der Teig zu Ende reift und auch direkt gebacken wird. Und das ohne Verwendung von Öl oder sonstige Trennmittel. Und sich das Brot nach dem Backen trotz senkrechter Wände leicht löst. Diese Profi Kastenform hat meine Erwartungen und Wünsche weit übertroffen. Für mich bedeutet das eine enorme Zeitersparnis und vor allem viel Freude. Auch an der Seite ist die Kruste kross. Und wie alle beschrieben haben, fällt das Brot nach dem Backen aus der Form. Kleine Reste vom Backen wische ich mit Wasser und einem Schwamm ab. Und trockne die Form dann nur kurz ab. Nach ungefähr 20 Einsätzen ist keinerlei Veränderung der Oberfläche zu erkennen. Besonders gut gefällt mir die stabile Ausführung, weshalb die Wärmeverteilung sehr gleichmäßig ist und die Wände nicht nachgeben. Einfach top! Zum Glück hatte ich mir gleich 2 gekauft.
